Every single staff member was exceptionally helpful, and as I said in my survey Adam was the best of the already amazing bunch. I really cannot praise him enough. It’s always a big deal organising these things and he made me feel at ease straight away, and did an amazing job on the night. It was seamless.
The dedication, attention to detail and overall care that went into every detail was amazing. You helped us make dreams come true and we are so very grateful.
Thank you for everything. The day was magical and far better than I expected. The staff were brilliant and we have had lots of compliments from our guests about how great the venue was. The sun came out and we were even gifted with the northern lights in the evening! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the whole experience, it was absolutely perfect! Thanks again Sarah!
Thank you so much for everything you and your staff did for our big day. It was truly special and we will cherish the moment forever. Over 2 years’ worth of planning and it has finally arrived. We both really could not of asked for a better day and the weather is just perfect.

We will be returning every year to always remember what an amazing day we had! We got very lucky with the venue and staff!
Everyone enjoyed the Donnington Valley Golf Course. Fairways, Tees Greens were all in very good condition. Many different and interesting holes to challenge lower handicap golfers whilst the absence of thick rough meant more wayward golfers could play without lots of frustrating ball searching delays. Greens ran true with challenging borrows to read.
What a wonderful weekend golfing, eating & being looked after in an extremely professional manner. Our group arrived on Saturday for golf & 11 guests had an excellent meal & a very happy evening. My personal direct thanks for the efficient manner you arranged the large round table at very short notice which suited our group so much.
Very professional and excellent service at the spa. Arrived later in the night but we were received by friendly staff.
I have just had a catch up with Julie and all I can say is thank you! She was so impressed with the hotel, food, staff, just everything. They are often a hard group to please but Donnington most certainly has.
A huge thanks to you and everyone who helped look after our event at Donnington & Co over the past few days. Everyone from the kitchen and bar staff to housekeeping, reception and of course the conference and events team were terrific.
We particularly liked the facility of a separate area for dinner on the Saturday evening and for breakfast the following morning. The food served for dinner was excellent and many people commented on this - compliments to the chef!
